Traveled to New Mexico this week and had a treat! Los Cuates was the first Mexican food restaurant I went to when I visited Albuquerque back in the days. I’ve been to New Mexico many times before and fell in love with the how they prepare the traditional flat enchiladas with green or red sauce. The traditional sweet flavored chili sauce with their tostada chips make my day – along with the sopapilla to end a great meal. The restaurant has been around for several years and always try to stop by to bring back old memories of living in Hobbs and Roswell after college. I found the restaurant to have the local feel, clean, comfortable and good service. Will make it a point to continue my tradition while in the Land of Enchantment… I’m never disappointed.
